Brawn Trading was established in the northern suburbs of Sydney in 1975. Long established as master coffee roasters, their operation specialises in private label/contract coffee roasting.
The paris blend has been developed to best meet Australian taste for milk-based coffee(cappuccino, flat white, latte). A blend of high quality Arabica and Robust beans, the Paris blend both "punches" through and compliments milk.
